of this web site. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to
all such terms, conditions, and notices.

without the prior written approval of the Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club

web site are trademarks and/or service marks of the Diablo Sun Devils
Naturist Club. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use of trademarks, service marks,
product names and company names and logos, including the reproduction,

written consent of the Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club, is strictly
prohibited. Other company and product names that may be referenced on this
site may be trademarks, trade names, or service marks of their respective

4 - Usage of Site
As indicated, all Materials on this web site are the
exclusive property and proprietary to the Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club
and may not be used in whole or in part in any manner without the Diablo
Sun Devils Naturist Club's prior written consent, except that the user may
download one (1) temporary copy (as necessary to browse the web site) of
the Materials on a single computer for their personal, noncommercial
internal use only. In addition, the user agrees to prevent any
unauthorized copying of the Materials.
5 - Members Usage of Site
As a condition of your membership and use of this web
site you warrant that you will not give your username (login) and
password, or the address of any "members only" area of the
Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club, to any other person for any reason
under any circumstances. Additionally the member user agrees to prevent any
unauthorized person from viewing any "members only" areas and
fully understands that this is strictly prohibited under the terms,
conditions and notices of membership and grounds for immediate
termination of all membership privileges in the Diablo Sun Devils
Naturist Club without refund or return of any membership dues paid.
Additionally the member user understands and agrees that in the event
they cancel their subscription to membership in the Diablo Sun
Devils naturist club for any reason member users username (login) and
password will be rendered inactive at once without refund or return of
any portion of membership dues paid to the Diablo Sun Devils naturist
club.
6 - Members and Guest
Photographs on Site
A Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club photographer routinely takes
photographs at all of our clubs events, outings, parties and all other
functions which are the
sole and exclusive property of the Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club and
are
copyrighted and
protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. Diablo Sun Devils photographers go out of their way to be
courteous and never take any photograph of anyone without verbal or
implied permission. If
Members or Guests do not wish to be
included in Club Photographs it is the individual personal responsibility
of said Member or Guest to notify the photographer at the event and to
never include them self in any photograph, group or otherwise, being
taken by the club photographer. Any and all photographs provided
to the Diablo Sun Devils by members, guests or others to be posted on
the Diablo Sun Devils site agree to do so with full knowledge said
photographs become the exclusive property of the Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club.
In no event shall the Diablo Sun
Devils Naturist Club (including its employees, owners, directors, hosts and agents) be liable for any
damages (whether direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special,
consequential, or otherwise) arising out of the use of any photographs of
members, guests or others used on this site.
7 - No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of this web site, you warrant
that you will not use this web site for any purpose that is unlawful or
prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
8 - Links to Third-Party Sites
This web site may contain hyperlinks to web sites operated
by parties other than the Diablo Sun Devils. Such hyperlinks are provided
for convenience of reference only. The Diablo Sun Devils Naturist Club
